awesome co working space-- great mix of folks with a ++ collaborative feeling, and a layout and facility that works well! location offers that urban mix of itchy manufacturing, fabricators, and artists, and... great eats! gowanus works!!

The Yard Gowanus is a welcoming, nice, clean and quiet place. Very good to work from. Staff is professional, hospitable and on the ball!

Great space. They host the Soloist Collective once per month. Friendly staff and service. Everything you need is here and it’s easy to get to.

We’ve been renting an office here to edit a feature film. We love everything the Yard offers. Staff has been very accommodating to our needs. Love the layout, kitchen, coffee and teas all day, decor, rotating art and conference rooms. Compared to other co-working places I’ve seen, The Yard is on top.

Great professional work space. Clean, lots of natural light and a terrific group of people. Super cute dogs too!

This place is productivity heaven.

I tried out The Yard: Gowanus location as a coworking space for the day and I have never gotten so much work done! It is a clean, quiet and comfy environment (with so much sunlight)! Eena at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly as well! I love this place!👏🏻

Great space to work.

Very nice co-working space. They are very flexible and we'll located around Manhattan and Brooklyn. They offer day, month and member rates. The Gowanus location has good coffee, a full gym, and shower room. Highly recommend checking it out if you need work space or even just a meeting room.

Great coworking space.

What a great co-working space! We moved our small business into the Yard: Gowanus late last year and love it. The spaces are clean and neat, the people are super friendly, and there's a small gym that has all the essential equipment for a quick workout at lunch. Lot's of co-working spaces offer fancy digs and features for days, but not all of them can offer a warm and friendly community you look forward to seeing and catching up with - the Yard has that.

Super zen coworking, doesn’t feel too ‘corporate’

it’s fine. people love this minimalist places but i’d love it if they could be more maximal.

I loved the office space at The Yard and Marcela was great but when it came time to get my deposit back it was a nightmare. They say you will receive your deposit in 30-45 days after you move out and return the key. It is day 50 and my deposit is nowhere in sight. No one can give me a day I will have it returned to me and emailing the people in charge of accounting is going unanswered. I understand that COVID is slowing everything down but it doesn't take 50 days to refund a deposit unless you don't have the money to refund it. This has turned me off of working with The Yard in the future. Update: Day 52 my deposit was returned to me. 2 days after I posted the review

Called 3x and left a message since this morning to check availability. No return calls. Guess there must be an app lol.
