Love working at this location. Park is nearby, endless gourmet shops, Trader's Joe, you name it. Italian palazzo feel inside the building, friendly concierge. Small offices, large rooms- this location can cater to anyone.

I have been at Select Office Suites for almost 5 years now and it has been an outstanding experience from the moment I came in for a tour. I signed up that same day because I was so impressed with not only everything that they have to offer but the entire staff across the board was on point, friendly and very accommodating and they still are to this day. They really do care about their tenants and it shows.

We have been renting with Select Office Suites for 3 years. Before we relocated to Select Office, we've rented in Midtown East, Midtown South and saw an endless number of offices around NYC, but Select Office Suites was the best of all. The space is warm and inviting, the offices are well sized and measurements are accurate. The management, front desk receptionist and the entire staff is always happy to help and assist with anything. The leasing terms were better than anywhere else we've been and it includes filtered water and coffee. We've been renting in NYC for 10 years, but when we moved into Select Office Suites was the first time we felt welcomed and quickly became friends with a few staff members. We love it and wouldn't consider anything else. Location is the best, elevators are quick (very important) and every office has a window (indoors or outdoors).

I've been a tenant at Select for a little over a year and renewed because of my experience with staff and working with leasing on renewal. They have been attentive and have worked with me on my ever changing needs as my business grows. I look forward to working with the company going forward. Rudy especially has been great.

“During our site selection process, Rudy showed his enthusiasm for accommodating our firm by offering several options and flexibility. Since then we moved into our new space a little over a month ago. Rudy alerted his team which included, Vito (reception/ coordinator); Geovanny (IT); Geovanny (maintenance) and the entire staff at Select Office Suite have been very friendly and hospitable. From our initial walkthrough, through lease negotiation, and even customizing our space, the team was willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Base amenities include furniture, internet, mail handling, reception services, IT support, cleaning, maintenance, all utilities, access to lounges/kitchens and a finite amount hours of complimentary conference room time. I have been in my office at Select Office Suites for almost a year, and have been very happy with the space, staff, and upkeep. I just renewed my lease for another year! Select Offices Suites staff is very kind, friendly, and responsive. They really seem to genuinely want to make the tenants happy and comfortable within their work environment! I have recommended the space to many of my colleagues!

I used one of the hourly rental conference rooms. Admittedly, they are low-priced and so one must be willing to compromise. With that said, the rooms are not suited for zoom interactions because the rooms echo and have awful acoustics for a video call. Furthermore, the lighting is dim and there is no natural light (they don’t show windows in the listing so the latter is to be expected). The check in and booking (via LiquidSpace) we’re hassle free. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
