The building itself is an eclectic mix of retail stores, office space and the renowned W Loft event space conveniently located on the rooftop! The perfect spot for keeping your business and hosting events all-in-one! With a nursing room as well as a wide variety of conference room sizes, 240 Kent Street is one of our most convenient locations yet. Beneath our office spaces, there are a variety of different retail shops with a large variety of small businesses taking advantage of the space there to set up shop. Arranged in the same way our offices are, these fish-bowl type retail spaces are a great place to be and a perfect way to get to know other local small businesses.

Though they advertise for hot desks, there really are none. It's cheap, which is nice. Still, unless you like working from a couch while people are eating lunch and talking ten feet away, it's not really a good place. I suspect if you have an office here, it is really nice. The roof space is awesome. Still, core experience for a drop in is pretty negative. Also, they make you write down your credit card number, CVV, and address in order to pay. Super sketchy.

I've been renting an office Green Desk for almost a year and I love it! The atmosphere is friendly and social. The cleaning crew is amazing. I have never seen this building even slightly dirty. Yasmin and Prisca have been a huge help to me many different times. They respond to my emails almost immediately and really go above and beyond. They have helped me set up printing on my computer twice (I'm clearly not technologically inclined). When I was considering moving to a smaller office to save money, they found me an even better office (with windows!). They greet everyone with smiles and seem genuinely happy to help anyone and everyone. Yasmin and Prisca are not only very personable, they're also incredibly professional. I see myself working here for years to come :)

Beautiful offices with lots of natural light. Meeting rooms and common areas have great design and once you're a member you have access to meeting rooms at all 10 of their locations which is awesome. They have a rooftop event space that is stunning and overlooks the bridge and water. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love this place!!

Yasmine and Prisca go out of their way to make sure we are all taken care of! They are awesome, I never have to wait long for a response and they are almost always willing to accommodate for me and the rest of my office. The office space is great, quiet, with huge windows so it is always brightly lit, and the views of the city really just speak for itself. Great location, definitely good for impressing clients and close proximity to quite a bit of things.

These guys lost my package and would not take responsibility for it. Here is the first email I got from them... "Per our conversation, please be advised that I am personally reaching out to upper management in regards to your missing package. I completely understand your frustration over this situation. The deliverer told you one thing and I'm telling you another. Please understand that this is one of my many responsibilities along side with Lexi. Leaving packages in the hallway is NOT something we do. We are here to make sure all the companies are able to run smoothly and receive what gets sent here to them. There was obviously a miscommunication between us all" After two weeks.. I sent another email to follow up. Here is their response- "Customer Service just got back to me. Unfortunately we will not being issuing you a credit for the lost package. I apologize for the inconvenience"
