Worst place to youall stay in dallas... 0 stars if u will move in here better have a lot money. You will need to pay even for visitor parking. Nothing recomendable....

If there was a -100 I would give it. The office staff are rude and try to keep extra fees. I lived here with my husband for a year. They gave us the apartmemt dirty amd had not finished cleaning our apartment even through they had already given us the keys. Our mailbox key was given to somebody else and we would only get half our mail. The office would not send maintenance to fix things when needed. There are huge holes on the streets and the parking spaces are always used by people that were visitors because there are like 6 visitor parkings. My husband's car got towed, just because (that was the answer we got from the office). We always paid on time, a quiet couple that travel for school and work and only came to the house to sleep but when we moved out they wanted to charge us extra, they did not give us our deposit back and tried to charge us for breaking lease although we had already paid that month and returned everything cleaner and better than when we got it. Finally, when we moved out I had some items in transit that were going to arrive at that address and when I requested to have it put in the office or go pick it up they refused and threatened me. Needless to say, DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!!!

Ok so in order to give you the best feedback possible I am going to start from very beginning starting with my tour of the apartments back in June of 2015. Management seemed very nice and pleasant at first giving me a tour of an unclean apartment they told me "We have a completely enclosed facility with round the clock security." Which is as lie because 1/4th of the year the gate is wide open! Not only that but even when it is working there is a hidden gate in the back that is open all the time not once have I seen it closed! She continued to say, "We have bug people that come in once every Wednesday to spray for cockroaches and other pests." Another lie because I only see them once every three months and that's only after pestering the office for a week! Anyways, once I moved in I made a list off all the things wrong with the apartment. All the plugs were painted over and I had to clean out myself by turning off my own power to do so, so I don't shock myself. One plug the one that would best to put a lamp in the corner does not work. When putting in the toilet paper roll thing in my bathroom they left a bunch of holes from how many times they tried to get it to stay. Cracks in the floor and the ceiling. Another thing you should know is that they put your half-sized oven right next to the window so you can't open the pan storage space. Many children running around damaging property unsupervised. My a/c unit goes out every season following my heater when it gets cold. My fence was pulled back to where someone could easily climb in if they wanted. Took them 7-8 months before they finally fixed my fence and then my a/c and heater I still must go to the office for every season. Roaches have become a MAJOR PROBLEM and are out of control! I have cleaned my apartment spotless and bought my own expensive roach kill and even though I see many dead I see way more still alive, probably due to other apartments not being treated! Another thing you should know, LAUNDRY HOURS ARE LIMITED!!!! NOW 8AM-6PM, $1.50 to wash for 45 minutes and $1.50 to dry for 45 minutes when your clothes never come out dry no matter how many times you dry. Anyways it gets worse... before signing a lease be sure to remember the 60-day notice which I would highly recommend putting in EVERY SINGLE TIME even if you are planning on staying! Because here is where they get you! They wait until day 45 to tell me that your rent for my tiny crappy $570 a month apartment is going to be raised to $715! If I were in a 1 bedroom and if the facilities were nicer I would understand a raise in rent like that but for this place it was ridiculous! Now I must pay $457 for the extra days for the 60-day notice. I tried to call them out on it and they told me "We tell you on the lease you have a 60-day notice and if you’re not sure you’re going to stay it’s your responsibility to let us know." Originally, I thought I would be staying another year, since I am a college student and have another year and a half to go, until they raised the rent too high for me to afford. Keep in mind I am a full-time college student who works part-time fully supporting myself, with no help from my parents, paying all my own bills, gas, and tuition. (By the way they don't give student discounts!) Anyways it’s ridiculous that I must pay for an over half a month that I won't even be living there! I better get my entire deposit because with the entire time of being here some of the simplest things weren't done! I do not recommend this apartment at all!
