Great touchdown spot for remote workers on the go! My husband and I rented a private office for the day and it was great to enjoy a quiet, professional atmosphere that still had nice common areas and great amenities. Only downside is the internet was throttled pretty hard which could impact workflows if you rely on cloud syncing. My speed tests were showing about 10MB/down+up which is adequate for video streaming but very basic.

We had a great experience renting a small meeting space from Carr. They were gracious, helpful, and everything went off without a hitch. The only downside for me is that to get any F&B, you can't bring it yourself, which would be easy to do with all of Town Centre rolling at your feet. Instead (in our case, the two places we were getting snack-type food from were less than a block away, and we had to walk by them on our way to Carr from the Hyatt), they insist on arranging it, and mark it up.

This is an outstanding co-working and executive suite center right in downtown Reston. The location is incredibly convenient and the parking couldn't be easier despite what you may have read about issues in the area. The center team is super helpful and can take care of any business need you have unlike other options you might find. Great meeting rooms and cafe/lounge with Starbucks coffee included!

I have leased from Carr for over nine years and it has been a great experience. We were able to move from a very small office to a bigger and even bigger office as the firm grew. We also regularly use the other Carr locations, such as NYC, downtown DC, and Alexandria, to meet clients in those locations. The Reston Town Center location is fantastic, and the Carr team honestly goes above and beyond to try and accommodate whatever requests you may have, It is not the cheapest shared office space, but you really do get what you pay for, so if you are looking for convenience and full-service, it is a great option.

We love renting from Carr Workplaces in Reston! The team is very kind and personable, and the office is very updated and modern. The amenities (free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and filtered water) are enjoyed by both our team and our clients. We feel very at home here.

Definitely the best coworking spot I’ve tried! I signed up for the cafe plan and the price and location cannot be beat!! The environment is professional, clean, and friendly. There is a friendly full time receptionist, plenty of seating, and a Starbucks coffee machine that freshly grinds the beans. I’m glad I finally have a chance to try Carr out. Everything is clean and spotless and everyone conscientiously observes the mask rules during the pandemic. A great place to go to focus and get some work done!!

Having been both a virtual tenant and full-lease tenant, I can certainly say that Carr Workplaces is a fantastic coworking space. The building is conveniently located and amenities are top notch.....my personal favorite are the warm cookies on Fridays. The office managers and community managers have provided all kinds of support -- from the ordinary to the strangest of requests. I highly recommend this space and their people!

We held our annual stockholder meeting and board meeting here and had a wonderful experience. The team, led by Kelly and Marice, were very helpful and responsive, even meeting us a day early to help with tech setup and make sure everything was working on my laptop. The facilities were spotless, rooms were perfect for what we needed, and front-desk staff were welcoming and helpful to our guests. They even helped our caterers set up breakfast and lunch. Thanks so much for making a big day less stressful for us!

Marice and Kelly were fantastic from start to finish! I had to coordinate office/meeting space and catering from out of state, and they made everything, including tech support, so easy and seamless. They worked with our staff and outside caterers to make this stressful process so much easier. Highly recommend!

Very upscale.

I feel that our experience here could have been much better. From the very beginning there were inconsistencies with how this location and how other Carr Workplaces locations we worked with operated (and we had worked with four others before engaging Reston). Other locations felt much more welcoming and accommodating. We had pretty simple and reasonable expectations. We provided a basic set of instructions asking to be notified when items were dropped off for us, having them labeled and being told when mail came in. Yet they didn't notify us when mail came in. We had issues with properly labeling items that were dropped off for us. Some identical items came in unlabeled and we were fortunate enough to have enough background information to discern one from the other, but it was exactly that type of situation we were hoping to avoid. Then we when we finally severed ties after the above and having a number of other issues with communications, we were almost charged to have mail that was 5-6 months old (and no longer useful) forwarded to us until we raised a concern about it. I feel like Carr Workplaces has a tremendous amount of potential to be a valuable partner for small businesses, but sometimes the execution and communication just don't go through. It really depends on who is working at a given location I guess. We haven't had these problems at most of the other locations of Carr Workplaces that we've utilized.

I dealt with this company for around 10 years. In June 2017, there was a glitch with my monthly payment which was around $160. With the most ill-intent in mind, they cancel my account fully aware the USPS would not hold my mail nor forward it. I am a small business and this created unnecessary financial losses for my company. The story is much worse than what I am stating here. Be fully aware of the way they operate before doing business with Carr Workplaces - Reston
