As a long term tenant at Carr Workplaces King Street location I can speak to the great community that management builds among the various tenants. Even as some folks come and go there is a strong sense of community which can sometimes be missing from coworking spaces. The staff find ways to connect us all. This is in addition to the attention to detail (clean, nicely appointed kitchen and business center). Also, I love the view from the main conference room. Really beautiful. Highly recommend.

A quite, clean building that is a pretty good choice for professionals who are looking to work/host meetings. There's a coffee shop in the building on the 1st floor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, specifically the women who work on the 6th floor. They were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, this review is only 2 stars because the wifi was terrible. This severely limiting our ability to work, check email, or host meetings. My coworkers and I spent most of our time attempting to hook up to the wifi. Not to mention, their wifi network is unsecured. Eventually I gave up and had to use my own personal hotspot. If the wifi wasn't an issue, this review easily would've been 5 stars. I'd still recommend this place, given that you don't need reliable wifi during your stay.
