What I appreciate most about the Carr Workplaces DTLA office is its responsiveness and consideration of the needs of small business persons like myself. I feel like I know the business manager and front-desk staff personally. Confidentiality and customer service are cornerstones of my business, and the staff have been extremely considerate in ensuring we find solutions. Other lessors I worked with were more interested in ensuring their bottom line, and could only give me a national support number or let me know about inflexible policies established by someone higher up in their chain-of-command.

The offices I am renting are great. The common areas are very well appointed and would impress any client. Best of all, the staff, Valarie and Matt are tremendous and have made our move in seamless.

I rented a small private office at Carr for a few hours so that I could take calls in a quiet space while I was in town for a conference. Everything was brand-new and clean, and I was pretty much the only guest so it felt like I had the whole space to myself. Great location on the Bloc and great amenities like free coffee. The receptionist who showed me around was also very informative and kind. Definitely using this place again when I am back in town.
