Jamie Janata, Caroline and the rest of the staff were extremely responsive, kind and accommodating during our 2-day training session held at Carr Workplaces at AON Center. From the all-day beverage service, breakfast and lunch catering, etc, everything was delivered on time, and the entire stay could not have run smoother. We are looking forward to hosting many more meetings at Carr in the future.

Carr Workplaces has incredible support and staff to help me with my business. Robyn Pellettiere is always ready to help and solve my problems with a smile. Jamie Janata runs the office efficiently and acts as a consultative resource regarding my business goals. Worked in the Aon on and off construction elevators are ear popping quick and very well maintained at all times very nice restaurant court on the lower level with plenty of selections to choose from

Carr Workplace and Vanessa have been extremely helpful while planning our event. I was able to call and ask Vanessa questions about anything and she was able to provide me with a quick solution. We had a few changes that we had to make and Vanessa was more than happy to assist with our changes. I'm extremely pleased with the service we have been provided at Carr.

We've hosted a 4-day workshop in the training room for the past several years and our experiences have been excellent. We wrapped up another today and it could not have gone better. The training room and facility are both beautiful and incredibly comfortable. It's a venue we're proud to share with our attendees. The detail that throws it over the top, though, is the service. Every member of the staff we interacted with - from booking months ago, working on visit details, and on-site - exceeded our expectations to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make our event successful. They're extremely professional and accommodating. They make planning and hosting our events a breeze and that's why we'll continue to return year after year.

I was blown away by the service I received at Carr workplaces. Terrific friendly greetings every time I walked into the office, always an available workspace, functional coffee concessions, quick replies to emails. Staff knows hospitality. Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

jsyk, ANDvertisinginc has had two experiences with Carr Workplaces. The first in D.C. was a nightmare :( This one is pure paradise :) So what makes Chicago so much better? Its level of customer service. In D.C., customer service was inconsistent to nonexistant. At the AON Center, we receive a level of service comparable to the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you, Jamie. Okay, so I have been utilizing the Carr Workplace (AON Center) for a month now and to say I am impressed is an understatement! First and foremost, the booking process was/is effortless (everything operates through a seamless app)! I found this co-work opportunity in a google search and I honestly think I hit the jackpot. As previously stated, the communication with the management team was and is so seamless. Jamie, Connor, and Giovanny (Carr Workplace Team) are ALL AMAZING and have been extremely hospitable and helpful. Now let’s get to the facility. The offices are spacious, clean, well-lit, and extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast (no complaints whatsoever). The common spaces in the kitchen are perfectly spaced out, clean and very comfortable. They even have fresh-ground Starbucks which for all of us coffee-lovers is an absolute dream! With so many of us working from home due to COVID, many of us have found our homes to be not vey productive. This is the perfect place to literally come and get work done. I personally use this space once a week and I have no regrets! I absolutely (100%) recommend this space as an amazing co-working option!!!!!

I have been a tenant here for more than nine years. Jamie Janata and her staff are truly the A-team -- always helpful, professional and friendly. The overall office is a great space: from the conference rooms to the kitchen to the individual offices. Qualify furniture, amenities and people.

Carr Workplaces at the AON Center in Chicago has been a wonderful experience. Our company has had multiple office spaces for a little over 2 years and their team is highly professional, accommodative, and more importantly they are great to work with. You are always greeted with a friendly face. Jamie, Giovanny, Vanessa, and Connor have been a joy to work with and see in the office every day. They have definitely supported our company as we grew with our business needs and headcount. The offices are clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The kitchen area is also always clean, it’s modern, and offers free Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Especially during Covid, common areas were exceptionally clean and always well-kept too. The multiple conference rooms available to tenants are perfect for any meeting needs. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

Our company is fully remote and the team is distributed throughout the US. We often find ourselves in need of co-working space to host offsites in different cities and our experience at Carr Workplaces in Chicago was exceptional. We hosted a group of 20+ for one week. Jamie Janata and team were extremely accommodating and friendly. Several times they made additional rooms available for us to take smaller meetings and also allowed a few of us, who had later flights out, to work in one of the offices on the final day . They kept us fully caffeinated and hydrated with coffee and bottled water and the location in the AON Center is very convenient. We will definitely be returning!
