I scheduled a real estate closing at the Malvern American Executive Centers this past summer, and their team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place looked spectacular, and everyone was on the ball. I will definitely use them again next time I need more room for a meeting or transaction of any kind!

I've been with AEC for 4 years. There is a great community at Malvern. Whether we're gathering in the kitchen chatting over a cup of coffee or giving referrals to each other. It's a good group of people. Plus, the staff is always ready to help me. AEC is a great place to come to work every day

Andrea Cronin and her staff are TOP NOTCH in ensuring the tenants at AEC Malvern are set up with the resources they need to have an "office away from the office" for those of us who work remotely from our respective company's corporate HQ or for those tenants who are small privately self owned. In addition, they ensure we are socially connected through group fundraisers, break room get togethers (e.g. to celebrate Eagles football success), as well as Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning treats. For example, just today they made for us homemade Peanut Butter and marshmallow "sandwich" treats ... YUMMY! See attached image. If you need or want rented office or meeting space ... this is *** THE *** place for you ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!

We are a small family law firm in Malvern, PA. We have used American Executive Centers for all of our office management needs for years. The facilities are modern and beautiful, with all of the latest business technology available. However, the best part is the staff. They are highly professional. They are always patient and courteous to all of our clients, most of whom are going through a divorce or custody battle and are in a very emotional state. I regularly receive compliments from my clients about the kind and friendly way that the staff at AEC has treated them. The AEC staff has demonstrated time and again that they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all of our business needs are met. We plan to use AEC for many years to come.

I have had an amazing experience with American Executive Centers thus far, and do not expect that it will change. I have worked with staff at not only my home office of Malvern, but Plymouth Meeting, Bala Cynwood, and Philadelphia. Everyone has been Professional, Courteous, and Accommodating to whatever business needs I may have at any given moment. There have been times when staff from different offices have coordinated and communicated with one another providing a seamless service to my Consumers. I primarily use Receptionist services which have been Outstanding! I do not believe that I could have made a better office choice for my business.

AEC is wonderful! I've used most of their locations for client meetings, but my main hub is Malvern. If you are concerned about getting locked in renting office space at one location for hundreds per month, versus just needing a place to start out to meet clients, I would suggest the latter with AEC. I ended up signing a contract because I was so happy with the location. VERY friendly staff, great amenities and wonderful professional atmosphere for amazing value.

From start to finish in my office space search, Andrea and the whole team at American Executive Centers have been so helpful and accommodating. The process has been seamless and they have attended to every question and request that we have made. We already feel as though we work there. Prelude Solutions is going to love our new home!

They are friendly, adaptable, and available anytime that my coworker and I request their assistance. I really enjoyed my first visit with the Malvern AEC office on Friday, June 25, 2021. Much to my surprise when I arrived, Andrea Cronin, the office manager, arranged welcome signage for my arrival, which really made my day; it was VIP treatment I will definetly keep in mind for my clients. But the VIP treatment doesn't end there, it gets better. I reserved conference room space for the visit and Cindy, who greeted me in the reception area, went the extra mile to contact Kurk with IT Support to ensure that my laptop was set-up properly for on screen presentations using both HDMI and Airtame connections. Now I'm prepared to do on screen presentations for my law firm using both methods in all AEC offices. Both Cindy and Andrea made me their priority during my visit and we had great conversations regarding various common interests. I LOVE the Malvern office. I consider it my home office. They have helped my business grow. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are professional and lovely. My company offers CPR classes at many locations, and I jumped at the chance to work at Malvern AEC.

The AEC Malvern office has been an excellent place to work. The building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The offices are clean, have comfortable chairs and adjustable desks. The Kitchen area has everything you need and is very well maintained. Also, its in a convenient location for going out to lunch.
