The location is excellent for both city and suburb access. Building itself is located close to the express way for easy access. I was located in a medium sized office on floor 3. The office staff (Jenn & Tara) were always amazing. Access to meeting rooms & events. Internet & phones included. Basically a really nice professional space. highly recommend

Our company has had the pleasure of working with AEC for over 25 years. AEC's offices are always clean and regularly renovated. The internet service is blazing fast and reliable (a must). But what really makes this place special is the well-trained staff who work dutifully and cheerfully. We have been AEC clients since 2017 and we are very pleased with the services. Prior to that, we had no physical office space so our meetings took place at local restaurants. When we began comparing shared office sites we found the staff at AEC to be personable and friendly. The meeting rooms are spacious and readily available, the receptionists are professional and there is unlimited parking. We also found the price to be very competitive compared to the other companies we visited.

We have been tenants here for almost 7 years and this has been a great place for us to start and grow our business. Our mail is sorted for us, our phones answered, and internet and telephone service is provided. The physical plant is excellent and the location on City Avenue is perfect for our clients to reach us and for us to get to our scheduled appointments. Very nice office staff, who are very helpful. Lots of instability at the office manager level over the past 17 years. There's a new person now, so hopefully that will improve services. Some difficulty with online connections at times, also with the phone system. We don't get our phone messages promptly lately. Also a new reservation system for conference rooms is glitchy, and I had to call to confirm the reservation went through, since I got an error message. Repeatedly. Still, location is great, and that's the main issue for me.
